Virginia Space Coast Scholarship Program

Free Online STEM Program for High School Sophomores with 2.7 GPA or Higher 

The Virginia Space Coast Scholars (VSCS) program is for high school sophomores interested in science, engineering, and technology related to current NASA missions by NASA Wallops Flight Facility. The program a (STEM) on-line learning experience featuring five modules. Upon completion of the online program, a competitive selection process will identify top performing scholars who will be invited to attend a seven-day residential summer academy at NASA Wallops Flight Facility on the Eastern Shore. Virginia students must be a U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident to attend the Summer Academy. During the week-long FREE summer academy, scholars will learn firsthand from NASA professionals and their partners about the latest, cutting-edge technologies and missions. Virginia Space Coast Scholars is a partnership between the Virginia Space Grant Consortium and NASA Wallops Facility with funding support from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
